Made-to-Order Product Policy

Processing Time
All made-to-order products require a processing period of 2 to 4 weeks from the date of purchase. This timeframe allows us to craft each item with the highest attention to detail and quality. Please note that this processing time may vary depending on product complexity and demand. We will notify you via email if there are any significant delays in your order. -
Order Confirmation
Once your order is received, you will receive a confirmation email with an estimated processing time. Please keep this email for reference. If you have any questions regarding your order status, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our customer service team. -
Finality of Order
As these products are custom-made specifically for you, all sales are final. We do not accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges on made-to-order items unless they arrive damaged or defective (see below for details). -
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery. We will assess the issue and, where applicable, offer a repair, replacement, or refund. For any concerns, please provide clear images of the damage or defect for a faster resolution.

Subscription Overview
Our subscription service allows customers to receive regularly shipped products on a monthly basis. After subscribing, your order will be processed and shipped on a recurring schedule. -
Shipping Schedule
Subscription orders will be shipped in the 3rd or 4th week of the month following the initial purchase. For example:-
If you subscribe in July, your first shipment will occur in the 3rd or 4th week of August.

If you subscribe in August, your first shipment will occur in the 3rd or 4th week of September, and so on.

Shipping Fees
Shipping fees for subscription orders will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the shipping method you select. Shipping costs may vary depending on the size and weight of the products being shipped. -
Subscription Modifications
If you wish to modify, pause, or cancel your subscription, please do so at least 5 days before the next scheduled shipment. Modifications requested after this timeframe will apply to the subsequent subscription cycle. -
Subscription Renewals
Subscriptions automatically renew after each shipment, and payment will be charged on the same day of the month for each recurring shipment. If you wish to cancel your subscription, please contact us prior to the next scheduled renewal date.
